Private Small Group Training
A small group allows the personal trainer to offer corrections and appropriate modifications and progressions. The workouts change and evolve as the group progresses. When individuals exercise in a group, they establish relationships and make friends, which helps to increase adherence to the program.
Boot Camp Classes
Classes are held on Mondays & Thursdays at 10am and Saturdays at 9am. A blend of HIIT and strength training to build lean muscle and burn fat, putting you in top shape. Group fitness classes foster a supportive community for achieving fitness goals and offer various health benefits.
